Shipment Time
Upon completion of the order and confirmation of payment, we will arrange for shipment as soon as possible, the goods will normally be shipped within 1 working day (excluding weekends and holidays).
- If your order is a pre-order, the lead time will depend on the delivery date and we will arrange for shipment as soon as possible upon arrival.
Order Delivery Status
Orders that have not yet been shipped will be shipped as Unfulfilled ; they will be updated to Shipped when they are shipped.

Delivery Methods and Shipping Charges
We offer a variety of delivery options to satisfy our customers' needs, with free shipping or shipping charges based on the amount of the order.
- Bulky items may be delivered by means other than SF Express, we will contact you to confirm the delivery date and time.
- Some items not support international shipment
S.F. Express - Door to Door / Service Partner Pick up (Hong Kong)
For orders of HK$350 or above, free shipping for S.F. door to door or Service Partner pick-up; for orders below HK$350, HK$30 will be charged at checkout (including packaging materials, handling and delivery charges).
Other than door to door delivery, you can pick up from service partner such as Circle K, 7-Eleven or Shell Gasoline Station
When the goods arrive at the service partner will be notified by phone SMS, please follow the instructions to pick up the package.
Delivery time: Door-to-door - 0.5 - 2 working days from shipment, Service Partner - 1 - 2 working days from shipment.
Remark:
- Some of the pick-up points have size limit, if the size of the parcels exceeds the limit, the parcels will be forwarded to the nearest S.F. Service Center or S.F. Station and will be redelivered according to your request.
- If you are unable to complete the pickup at the designated time, you will be required to pay the service fee
- Guests are required to pick up their shipments at the pick-up point within 3 days from the date of the notification of pick-up SMS, late shipments will be collected by SF Express. Please call our Customer Service Hotline to rearrange the pickup.
S.F. Express - S.F. Store, EF Locker Pickup (Hong Kong)
For orders of HK$200 or above, free shipping for S.F. Store or EF locker pick-up; for orders below HK$200, HK$20 will be charged at checkout (including packaging materials, handling and delivery charges).
You will be notified by SMS when the product arrives at the pick-up point, please follow the instructions to pick up the goods
Delivery time: 0.5 - 2 working days from the time of shipment.。

Delivered to door, or picked up at S.F. pick up point; Shipping fee HK$50 (including packing materials, handling and transportation costs)

Hong Kong Post - EC Ship
Orders with a discounted amount of HK$60 or above can enjoy free EC Ship Pickup Service; for orders below HK$60, a shipping fee of HK$10 will be charged at checkout.
Hongkong Post has a number of pick-up points, including Post Offices, iPostal Stations or 7-11 Store. Customers can choose the appropriate pick-up point according to their needs.
Delivery Time: 2 - 5 working days from the time of shipment.
Tracking : Please click here link to Hongkong Post website Customers are required to pick up within 2 days from the date of the notification SMS. Otherwise, shipments will be returned to us after 1-2 weeks. Please contact us to arrange reshipment (shipping fee applies).
Remark
If the items in an order have different shipping dates, the system will recognize that all the items will be shipped together when they arrive. If you would like to split your order for earlier shipment, please contact us to make arrangements. Separate shipments may be subject to additional shipping charges.
In case of bad weather or special circumstances, the delivery service may be delayed, the actual situation is subject to the arrangement of the transportation company.
In case of any dispute, the decision of HKEQUIPMENT COMPANY LIMITED shall be final.
