Return Policy

Return and Exchange Policy
All items are eligible for a one-time exchange if you are not completely satisfied with the item you received, please see terms below. (except pre-order/customized items)
If you request to cancel the order and refund due to personal reasons after payment, a handling fee of 5% of the total amount will be charged .
Pre-ordered/made-to-order products cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.

Return and Exchange Process
1. If you need to return or exchange the product, please contact us within 3 days after receiving the product. Otherwise, it will not be accepted.
2. Products with traces of used or damaged packaging (affecting secondary sales) are not eligible for return or exchange.
3. Before returning the product, you must contact us first, and clearly state your order number, the item to be replaced and the reason for the replacement.
4. After receiving our reply, please return the product within 3 days (except public holidays). Otherwise, it will not be accepted.
5. Please enclose a note with your order number inside the return package. This will help us process and arrange replacements more efficiently.
6. The round-trip freight for returns and exchanges shall be borne by the customer. Customers are advised to ship return items with a tracking number. Please remember keep proof of delivery / tracking number until we confirm received your return package.
7. We will not be responsible if the product lost during return and you fail to provide proof of delivery.
8. After receiving your package and inspecting it, we will notify you whether the return is approved or rejected. Once confirmed and approved, our store will arrange an exchange / refund to your original payment method within 7 working days (coupons / discounts will not be returned).

Damaged goods
All goods will be inspected before sending out to ensure that there is no problem with the quality. But if you encounter some undetected production problems, please notify us and attach photos (one photo is the damaged part and one photo is the whole item) to request a replacement. After receiving our confirmation, please return the goods, we will bear the round-trip freight, and arrange to send the replacement goods to you as soon as possible. Please note that we can only arrange for an exchange of the same model and colour, if the item is no longer available you will receive a full refund. 

The following reasons will not be recognized as damaged goods:
After the goods are sent, the damage caused by use
Small and inconspicuous scratch / marks
The light color temperature difference within 500k compare with manufacturer's data
Packaging / box damage during delivery which product function and quality not affected
