Shipment Time
Upon completion of the order and confirmation of payment, we will arrange for shipment as soon as possible, the goods will normally be shipped within 1 working day (excluding weekends and holidays).
- If your order is a pre-order, the lead time will depend on the delivery date and we will arrange for shipment as soon as possible upon arrival.

Order Delivery Status
Orders that have not yet been shipped will be shipped as Unfulfilled ; they will be updated to Completed when they are shipped.

Delivery Methods and Shipping Charges
We offer a variety of delivery options to satisfy our customers' needs, with free shipping or shipping charges based on the amount of the order.
- Bulky items may be delivered by means other than SF Express, we will contact you to confirm the delivery date and time.
- Some items not support international shipment

If the items in an order have different shipping dates, the system will recognize that all the items will be shipped together when they arrive.
