The V2 version focuses on enhancing the carrying experience: the webbing shoulder straps hug the shoulders more closely, making them suitable for extended periods of carrying by hand or on the back; it also includes a detachable crossbody strap and adjustable sliding shoulder pads to distribute the load when carrying heavier items (such as laptops, books, or water bottles).
